2023ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಚೀನಾವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿಕ್ಕಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವರದಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನುಡಿದಿದೆ.
ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್: 2023ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಚೀನಾವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿಕ್ಕಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವರದಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನುಡಿದಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಇಂದು 36ನೇ ವಿಶ್ವ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ದಿನದಂದು ಈ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಚೀನಾ ಈಗ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಮುಂಬರುವ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 8 ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯಾ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
